    Unsafe and Unreliable
I bought this alarm and it started to malfunction after three months. I did everything exactly as detailed in the instructions.

    Carbon monoxide detector
Product was a gift and arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. I looked at many types and selected this one because of the tamper-resistant feature and battery backup.

Fast, easy install, with a backup battery…….Works for me!
We had a new gas line installed for a gas fireplace in the basement. I wanted to make sure that we didn’t have any leaks so I went out and bought this unit….

    Unfortunately, I bought one these…
Another crazy Kiddie alarm- when you unplug it from the wall socket, it starts a positively ear-shattering alarm.
And the ALARM DOES NOT STOP!

    Serious issues with setup
I initialized this thing and it went off and I couldn’t shut it off with out using a screw driver to remove the battery housing and then pulling the battery out.

    Poor Quality and Customer Service
Purchased in late 2007, this unit is no longer working. It is supposed to have a 7 year life span. Unit continually gives the “low battery” warning, even though I have removed…
