The WaterAlarm Plus automatically calls any one phone nubmer when water is detected by the attached water sensor. When it calls, it plays a voice alarm message warning you of a water leak, overflowing sump, broken washing machine hose or plugged up to wash tub – anywhere you worry about water damaging your home, vacation property or business. The unit consists of two components, connected by a six foot wire. The alarm dialer connects to your existing telephone line and calls one phone number when water is detected. The water sensor includes an 85 decibel alarm and a detachable water sensor that can go on the floor, in a sump or anywhere you worry about water. It’s easy to install and batteries are included.

Radio key 600 is a fully-programmable, stand-alone access control system, that provides proximity or keypad (PIN) entry for up to 600 users, is a compact, weather-resistant, surface mounted access control unit, which has a built-in programmer. Because it has an internal reader, it can stand alone for most applications. The optional Auxiliary Reader (RKAR) can be used with Radio Key 600 to provide extraordinary protection against weather and vandalism. Entry cannot be obtained by tampering when the Auxiliary Reader is mounted outside. For further protection, both the Access Control Unit and Auxiliary Reader can be mounted behind glass or other non-metallic wall surfaces. When installed with the Auxiliary Reader, the Access Control Unit can be used as an exit reader and as an enrollment reader. Either unit easily mounts to a single-gang electrical box, masonry wall, post, or almost any surface — there are no bulky control panels to install.
